In the spirit of equipping people for the reality of leading an organization in this age, the Generative Leadership program (or LFG as it has become known) was born. This program goes beyond the transitional skills-based (mastery of skills = good leadership) or ideology-based (living certain principals = good leadership) approaches, which have and continue to do good, but just aren’t enough for today’s challenges.
Generative Leadership takes a transcendental approach to leadership development, which sounds exotic, but simply means helping leaders transcend to elevated states of awareness. From there, leaders are equipped to direct their energy with precision—how, when, and where it will make the biggest difference.
